By accessing and using this website, placing an order, or booking a service with Pretty Day Beauty Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated without notice, and continued use of this website implies acceptance of the current version.

• All products are final sale due to hygiene standards.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof and order number.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped.
   

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure appointments (especially for weddings or group services).
• Booking times are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or invoice.
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full appointment amount.
• By booking a service, you acknowledge that you are in suitable health to receive that service.
   

• Wedding and group services require a custom quote and signed contract.
• A minimum booking amount may apply for peak dates.
• Changes to the final service count must be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
• Travel fees may apply for mobile services outside Greater Victoria.
   

• All content on this site, including images, logos, product descriptions, and branding, is the intellectual property of Pretty Day Beauty Co. and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• You may not misuse this site in any way that disrupts service or violates applicable Canadian law.
   

Pretty Day Beauty Co. is not liable for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other outcomes resulting from use of products or services. It is the responsibility of the client to disclose allergies and follow all care instructions.
